class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Vrste sukoba<\/strong><br>Postoje <strong>tri glavne vrste sukoba<\/strong>, kategorizirane prema razini va\u017enosti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Instrumentalni sukobi<\/strong><br>To su sukobi oko <strong>prioriteta, pravila i procedura.<\/strong> <br>Oni su op\u0107enito najlak\u0161i za <strong>rje\u0161avanje pronala\u017eenjem kompromisa ili, idealno, &#8220;tre\u0107eg na\u010dina&#8221;<\/strong> koji je bolji od oba po\u010detna prijedloga. <br>Tradicionalni, dominantni stilovi Povjerenje se gradi sporo, ali se mo\u017ee brzo izgubiti. Klju\u010dno je rje\u0161avati te sukobe kako bi se odr\u017eali zdravi odnosi, jer neizra\u017eene pritu\u017ebe mogu se akumulirati i na kraju dovesti do raspada odnosa.
